“Menopause & Mayhem” is an interactive and free circle for women experiencing or preparing to experience peri/menopause. Attendees will be able to connect, share wisdom, tell stories, engage in menopause education, and gain skills to care for their changing bodies and selves.

This circle will be at the Oak Grove Public Library at Wednesday, April 28th from 6PM-7:30PM.
